I have been emailing Lisa back and forth for a few weeks and she has been amazing! Excellent customer service! I'm from the UK and I needed to send this print out to someone who lives in Perth. However, I did not want to get it in framed in the UK because I didn't want the glass to shatter on its way from the UK to Australia. I came across North Beach Picture Framing whilst looking for framing shops in Perth, I emailed with my query and from then Lisa has been so much help. She sent over various different colours of frames until we decided on this stunning bluey grey one. She gift wrapped it beautifully and included and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much! The showroom was wonderful, plenty of examples of framed pictures, and plenty of samples to choose from.Super friendly and helpful advice, with full disclosure of prices and times.The final work was done within the agreed time, and was exactly what we asked for.The work several weeks later is still covering our house, with plenty of comments on the great art and the great frames.I could not be happier with our purchase, and I would highly recommend NBPF to anyone!
