I had a good experience here, The framers went to great lengths to frame up my Physiotherapy degrees and get them the same size even though the certificates were different sizes, that way I could hang them at the practice and they wouldn't look uneven.They also matched matt boards and did it within a good timeframe.Thanks againAndrew FullerHeadstart Physiotherapy

I have been using Accent Framers in Wembley for several years now and have always been impressed with the quality of work and the high level of service I have received every time. Charles and Laura are always so pleasant to deal with, and offer experienced advice on choosing the best frame for any picture. I have always found their prices to be very reasonable for the amount of work that goes into each frame.

These guys got the 3 of 4 works framed in short notice and at a reasonable price. The 4th piece has taken a while but I've no doubt it will be done to a good standard.

Just last week we came back from our holiday and found our painting (framed by Accent Framers in 2009 ) had fallen and shattered on the floor. The piece of white twine looked like it had snapped. It was hung inside in the middle of the house, so the only thing we could think to have made the painting fall was the twine. We took it back to Accent Framers to see if we could have the frame repaired with no extra cost as it was clearly the twine that had broke. A man from the framers said that it couldn't be there fault as it could of been due to either wind blowing into the house (we were on holidays, so the house was shut tight and there was no window in the area of the house the painting was in, for a breeze to come through anyway) and the other reason he mentioned was that mice could have chewed through the twine - which I have never heard of - to think a mouse climbing up a vertical wall to chew on a piece of twine sounded ridiculous, but he was certain not to take responsibility that he gave us a faulty product - which we paid for thinking that we would have this for a lifetime (especially at the rates they charge for large frames). I would never use this framers again and if you have been made a heavy frame for your painting, make sure you check that the twine has adequate support for the frame - even request for double or triple support, there was only a single twine support and this would have added to the strain of holding up our frame. You would think a well established framers would have thought of this when building the frame, but in this case, they neglected to consider it and we have to now pay for that cost.
